Description
The overarching department of quality, support, and development within the Social Administration supports management, leaders, politicians, and operational directions in a comprehensive and strategic manner to monitor, analyze, develop, and ensure the quality of all units and processes within the administration.
Within the department, there are economists, HR partners, committee secretaries/registrars, development leaders, administrators, a medically responsible nurse (MAS) also responsible for rehabilitation (MAR), and a socially responsible coordinator (SAS). The unit for digital development and system management is also organized within the operational direction, led by a unit manager.
Our SAS is set to take on new challenges within the municipality, and we now need to find a replacement who, together with management and operations, ensures the quality of all social services processes.
The SAS role is also a key role and involved in the transformation of welfare based on the new Social Services Act.

Responsibilities
As a socially responsible coordinator, you participate from a holistic perspective in the development and quality assurance of social services processes and the creation of routines. You ensure that the operations within the social administration comply with laws, regulations, and decisions. You investigate reports of misconduct according to Lex Sarah and perform operational supervision in collaboration with MAS/MAR. You support the operations in planning self-controls and develop guidelines for and follow up on documentation. You are also an expert in social law and responsible for parts of the social administration's compliance monitoring.
Your responsibilities include participating in overarching analyses of user surveys, deviations, and feedback, as well as following up on actions taken in response to identified errors and deficiencies in the operations. You provide feedback and assist the units in a pedagogical manner, contributing to increased learning for the operations. In your assignment, you collaborate with MAS/MAR, development leaders, investigators, system managers, and managers within the social administration.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or equivalent education. You have several years of experience in qualified work within the social field and substantial experience in investigative work. You are well acquainted with the legislation that governs our operations, such as SoL, LSS, LVM, LVU, overarching municipal legislation, as well as several years of experience in public authority exercise and social documentation.
We seek someone who takes initiative and is motivated to contribute to an efficient and quality-conscious organization. You enjoy working in a group with others to complete tasks and achieve goals, and you are good at collaborating with the common mission in focus. Furthermore, you have a good analytical ability and can effectively identify and analyze the core of complex problems and propose possible solutions. You need to have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language with a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
A driving license (B) is a requirement.
